The EMBAG program supports investment in national-level standards for emergency management that target critical functions necessary to prepare for and manage disasters, with the goal of supporting the following short and long-term outcomes: • In the short to mid-term, jurisdiction emergency management programs participating in the EMBAG achieve compliance with national-level standards for critical functions necessary to prepare for and manage disasters.
