Post state and local oversight reports in our reports library. Add your report to our website by emailing the report and a link for the report to us.


Submit a Hotline Complaint

If you know of potential fraud, waste, abuse, or mismanagement of federal funding related to the coronavirus pandemic response, submit a complaint to our hotline. Some examples of funding or activities that might be reported include:

  • Fraudulent lending or borrowing

  • Ineligible or fraudulent stimulus and unemployment funding recipients

  • Mismanagement or fraud


Refer a Complaint You Have Received

When you receive a complaint regarding fraud, waste, or abuse of pandemic response funds that fall outside of your jurisdiction and you need federal assistance, please send those complaints and supporting information to us. The complaint will be reviewed and referred to the relevant federal OIG for review and consideration.
