Submit a Hotline Complaint
If you know of potential fraud, waste, abuse, or mismanagement of federal funding related to the coronavirus pandemic response, submit a complaint to our hotline. Some examples of funding or activities that might be reported include:
Refer a Complaint You Have Received
When you receive a complaint regarding fraud, waste, or abuse of pandemic response funds that fall outside of your jurisdiction and you need federal assistance, please send those complaints and supporting information to us. The complaint will be reviewed and referred to the relevant federal OIG for review and consideration.
Coordinate with Federal Inspectors General Offices
