The Pandemic Response Accountability Committee (PRAC) was created by the CARES Act to support and coordinate independent oversight of all pandemic relief spending. Our mission is to promote transparency as to how the money was spent and use data to detect fraud, waste, abuse, and mismanagement of funds.
