The objective of this report is to provide insight into the top management challenges facing federal agencies that received pandemic related funding as identified by Offices of Inspector General.

In June 2020, USAID OIG contributed to a report compiled by the Pandemic Response Accountability Committee that identified multiple agencies’ top challenges in responding to the COVID-19 pandemic. USAID OIG’s contribution is found here.

This advisory notice poses key questions from past lessons learned for USAID to consider while planning and executing its response to the COVID-19 pandemic.
