Scriven has sentenced Alexander Lesczcynski (24, North Redington Beach) to 17 years and 6 months in federal prison for three different fraud schemes in which he attempted to obtain more than $10 million. The court furthered ordered Lesczcynski to forfeit the proceeds and facilitating property of the offense—$337,000—and ordered Lesczcynski to pay a total of $621,000 in restitution to the victims of the offenses.
