We found the division’s internal controls over the review and processing of unemployment insurance (UI) claims were adequate, and the division was in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Audit of Department of Labor and Workforce Development Unemployment Systems - Information Technology Operations

The objective of our audit was to determine if the Department of Labor and Workforce Development (Department) maintained an adequate information technology service management level during the increase in claims processing related to the COVID-19 pandemic.
